Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at returns@importtradecorp.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
  1.  If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order
    for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
  1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
